Bea was found in agony on the side of the road after she was run over by a rubbish lorry.
She was left there for about 2-3 days we were told. The pain must have been excruciating being her leg fractured and infected. We took her to see a vet straight away and the orthopaedic surgeon who found she had two fractures and operated on her inserting two plates.
Bea is now doing very well in foster care where she continues to gain in strength.
Bea is 9 years old.
She is positive to leishmaniasis
