Without CT scan Red didn’t have a chance to find a home and beyond that we really needed to know if there was anything wrong with this boy and do something about it. The scan cost EUR 600. In addition to that, we did all blood tests and prepared him for travel. Red, now Eddie arrived in England before Christmas on foster and has now been adopted by a wonderful family who loves him very much.
Poor Camillo had to stay behind because of an issue on his travel documents. Because of that the poor boy had to stay in an enclosure for another month. We also lost £500 in transport… which was so tragic as we desperately need funds to help these dogs. On the other hand, I am glad Camillo didn’t leave as from a photo I noticed that his teeth were not in good condition. Therefore, he had his teeth cleaned and two had to come off. I am sure he feels better now! Camillo is now ready to travel. Fingers crossed it will all go well this time! A foster home is waiting for him with open arms. Thank you! ❤️
