This is Chloe, she is 2.
Chloe is travelling to England (Kent) as I write this update. She will initially be in foster care which will allow her to adjust to a new language (English) and adjust to life outside a kennel, however very soon she will be looking for a family to call her own.

When found in the woods of Calabria, she was very unwell, she had a very infected wound, full of mange and very ill with leishmaniasis. She has been treated and she is now doing very well. She is a happy little dog who is a little fearful of men. Although still positive to leishmaniasis she is much much improved after treatment, but will need to continue to take her meds and be tested regularly.
As a leish owner dog there is no problem having a dog with the condition providing a few very simple rules are followed. However, if you wish to offer this little gentle lady a permanent place to rest her head do not worry about leish as SOS Italian Setters are here to assist henceforth!
