The perfect dog: Belle! ❤️

Belle has been treated for leishmaniasis and is now ready to travel. We have been told by the volunteer looking after her how really so good she is. A brave and loving girl who is very grateful for the love and care she has been receiving since in rescue.

Please contact Chiara (chiara@sositaliansetters.org.uk) or SOS Italian Setters to adopt little Belle. She cannot miss the happy bus before Christmas🎁! Thank you for sharing. We have setup a PayPal account to receive your sponsorship donations for Belle. We will be posting updates and showing here who are sponsor parents are!

Please donate via PayPal using the email: – sositaliansetters@gmail.com

This is an URGENT appeal on behalf of the beautiful Belle. Her blood tests have come back and Belle is very unwell with leishmaniasis and requires urgent life saving medical care. We are looking for people who would be willing to sponsor her care and medical treatment. Rest assured without SOS Italian Setters rescuing her she would have died a horrible death alone on the streets. She now has a chance but we, no not us Belle, needs your support in terms of sponsorship. Please signup to a monthly donation, however small it will all add up. Her treatment is going to be EXPENSIVE!

Belle’s blood tests have shown she is extremely unwell with a high positive to leishmaniasis. It is absolutely certain that had SOS Italian Setters not rescued her she would have died a terrible painful lonely death on the streets as a stray!

We need people, those who maybe cannot not have a dog, and those that can for that matter, that are willing to ‘sponsor’ Belle on a month by month basis for her very expensive medical treatment. You will be her foster parents from afar and believe me you will be very special to her. Your names will appear on her website page which will be regularly updated with her progress.

We (Andrew & Kathy) on behalf of our rescue doggies, one is leish positive so we know that with medical treatment this condition need not be a death sentence nor fun limiter, are going to be the first monthly sponsor. Who will be next?

AND THIS IS WHAT WE CURRENTLY KNOW ABOUT FOR MEDICAL NEEDS, IN ADDITION THERE IS GOING TO BE HER LONG TERM BOARDING COSTS TO COVER ON A MONTHLY BASIS.

We have very little information to tell you about this lovely little, who despite her desperate circumstances and clearly very sad condition still managed to wag her tail in appreciation of the attention.

This lovely little girl is going to be eventually, when fit to travel, looking for a foster home and/or forever home once we have completed her condition has been stabilised.

Eventually, when sufficiently well, she is going to be looking for a special home where she can be loved and give the love she clearly has demonstrated by the cautious wagging of her tail. She is going to become a loyal and fun family member for the lucky adopters.

If you wish to register an interest in the lovely Belle click on the link below download the form, complete and return to us? If so please download our Adoption/Foster Application Questionnaire (pdf or Word) and return to chiara@sositaliansetters.org.uk

We will be provided updates when we have more information. For now please have a look at the pictures of our Belle of the ball.

This video shows Belle when first found and did not have the confidence to allow us to take her into care.
